The plural "Gods" in this version of the creation story can seem strange in contrast with the singular version in Genesis, but worth exploring. This part is powerful to me because it seems like a good reminder that women are also in the likeness of God. :) ... And there is at least the possibility inherent in this idea that in the group of "Gods" that there was also a heavenly female role model.
Today, let's remember that we have different versions of stories in the scriptures for a reason, and looking at the different versions can possibly teach us new things. Let's stick with God and talk over our ideas with Him. He can help us divide truth from error.
