"Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made."
Psalms 7:14-15
These verses are about God's anger with the wicked (verse 11), showing that wicked intentions will turn back upon the wicked. ... It doesn't always happen immediately, but is a good thing to remember, especially when we are the ones that are being wicked.
Today, let's avoid digging pits for others to fall into, so that we don't end up in them, but also let's work on loving others enough that we don't want them ending up there either.
