Genesis 50:20 -- On God's Meaning

"But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive."
Genesis 50:20 I love God and his twists of meaning. People are chaotic and bizarre, making crazy decisions and intentionally and unintentionally harming others. Even when we mean to do good sometimes we screw it up. :) But God, who controls all, takes everything that we give out and he turns it to good. He knows the end from the beginning, as we do not, and he makes the evil into a mere footnote to a magnificent and powerful purpose, as he did in this case with Joseph and his brothers. With his help, we can change our own hearts and then the world. :) Without his help, we can do very little. Today, let's learn and understand God and his glorious plan more clearly, and work with him towards hope and joy and goodness.
