"For if ye are not equal in earthly things ye cannot be equal in obtaining heavenly things;"

This is a really interesting statement, and I think one that merits some serious consideration. If heavenly equality is dependent on earthly equality, that seems to mean that equality is a general principle that we all need to learn, just like love or faith. Today, perhaps we can think about that, and figure out ways to practice equality in our lives... ways to lift others up and ways to be more generous in general, giving to others whenever we can, and not feeling like we are better than anyone else. Let's pray and ask God to help us learn equality, and then put in the work to put it into action and cement it into our souls. :)
