This is a great scripture. I was talking to my brother this morning, and he said that this was one of his favorites, and it got me thinking. :) You know, Jesus is really everything that we are seeking, and the more we get to know him, the more we learn about who we can be, and what is possible. We know that we can resist sin, because he did. We know that we will be resurrected, because he was. We know that we need to be baptized, because he was... We know that we can learn to walk on water... because he did. :) And you know, I don't think that walking on water is any more difficult than repentance. But Christ can give us the strength and the courage to repent, and he can change our hearts... and someday, he'll help us to walk on water and do all the other amazing things that God can do. It's an amazing thought. So, on this beautiful Sunday, I would have to echo Moroni... and commend you to seek this Jesus, who is spoken of throughout the scriptures. Pray to him, talk to him, learn of him. Nothing else will bring you closer to your potential... nothing else can bring you closer to your God.
