"Yet, my brethren, I have not done these things that I might boast, neither do I tell these things that thereby I might accuse you; but I tell you these things that ye may know that I can answer a clear conscience before God this day."
Mosiah 2:15
The mention here of a clear conscience is cool. I'm thinking that would do wonders for anxiety and self-doubt as well. Let's take a page from King Benjamin today and work on the clear conscience goal through repentance and communinge with God. He can helps us clear our the cobwebs of guilt and help us think differently about ourselves and remember that we are meant for greatness. :)
