"For verily, verily I say unto you, he that hath the spirit of contention is not of me, but is of the devil, who is the father of contention, and he stirreth up the hearts of men to contend with anger, one with another.
Behold, this is not my doctrine, to stir up the hearts of men with anger, one against another; but this is my doctrine, that such things should be done away."
3 Nephi 11:29-30
Always a good reminder, and something to think about. If we're angry with each other, then Satan is in the mix somewhere. Not saying that there aren't reasons, but God clearly wants us to do away with "such things" ... anger poisons us. God asks us to forgive, and to repent, and to even love our enemies. If we're consumed by some anger that we can't let go of, today let's pray, and talk to God about it, and see if God will help us remove it from our hearts. It might not happen overnight, but if we want to be healed, God can help us heal from anything.
