"Wherefore, lift up your hearts and rejoice, and gird up your loins, and take upon you my whole armor, that ye may be able to withstand the evil day, having done all, that ye may be able to stand."
Doctrine and Covenants 27:15
I like that beginning of this verse is asking us to rejoice. God's armor is there to protect us, but I think part of rejoicing is nor getting caught up in, or becoming part of, the evil around us, but rather being resilient and seeing the good that is out there, and being part of *that* instead.
Today, let's take upon ourselves the armor of God, but also remember that it begins with attitude and trust that in God, and knowing that in Him, there is always reason to rejoice.
