Doctrine and Covenants 58:3-4

"Ye cannot behold with your natural eyes, for the present time, the design of your God concerning those things which shall come hereafter, and the glory which shall follow after much tribulation.
For after much tribulation come the blessings. Wherefore the day cometh that ye shall be crowned with much glory; the hour is not yet, but is nigh at hand."
Doctrine and Covenants 58:3-4

I think it is good to remember that we have to go through a lot of tribulation.  That hard things teach us, and help us to grow... that they have a purpose.  It is sometimes hard to understand, especially when we are right there in the middle of a challenge, why we're going through it.  But we DO get through it, and no matter the problem or obstacle, nothing is insurmountable, with God.  And the blessings part is important to remember as well... part of the being able to see past it thing.  We can overcome it, AND things will get better.  Blessings and peace, and hope... they still exist, even when all seems dark. ... The hour is not yet, but it IS close.  Today, let's remember, and hang in there. :)
