"Therefore, lift up your heads, and rejoice, and put your trust in God, in that God who was the God of Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob; and also, that God who brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt, and caused that they should walk through the Red Sea on dry ground, and fed them with manna that they might not perish in the wilderness; and many more things did he do for them."
Mosiah 7:19
I like the way that the scriptures are used here to enlarge the memory of the people, to recall miracles that had taken place in the past in order to help them to trust and to believe in miracles to come. The scriptures help us in the same way, if we have trust and faith in God enough to believe that he can do for us what he has done for people throughout history.
Let's learn to trust God and to be worthy of his trust, and continue to be his people and witness to the miracles that he does in our lives, helping us learn and become all that we can be.
