"Now as I said, Alma having seen all these things, therefore he took Amulek and came over to the land of Zarahemla, and took him to his own house, and did administer unto him in his tribulations, and strengthened him in the Lord."

I know that the Lord loves effort, but I also like to see verses like this where prophets are able to take some time to recharge and recover. Even God rested on the seventh day, and it is a good thing to remember that we also need to take appropriate time for some sanity breaks.
Today, let's commune with the Lord and make sure we are taking care of other people around us that might need some mental health support. Emotional strain is important to recover from, just like physical strain.
