Isaiah 60:19-21 -- On Sources of Light

"The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.
Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the Lord shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.
Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified."
Isaiah 60:19-21

This is really cool, literal or symbolic. It is talking about the establishment of Zion in the last days, and I love how it talks about everything being okay again and God never leaving again... as well as the amazing blessing of righteousness. In our society it is hard to imagine that many righteous people gathered together in one place, but this is what is promised and that we're all working towards... a place to live free from corruption and greed, where God is constantly with us. That's beyond amazing. :) Today, let's work on being worthy to be there when it becomes a reality.
