"I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety."
Psalms 4:8
This is a good psalm. My favorite part of it is this verse. Perhaps we all rest better when we feel safe, and with God's help we can find peace and safety even in this uncertain world.
Today, no matter how crazy the world is or our lives are, let's look to the Lord and pray to be blessed with his peace... and then let's trust in that, and be willing to let go of some of the things that stress us out, and let God help us learn to manage our anxiety a little bit better, so that he can help us not only with some immediate relief, but some long term better habits as well. :)
