1 Corinthians 14:33

"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints."
1 Corinthians 14:33

I like this.  Peace is one of my favorite things, and I like the reference to him as an author too... of the stories of our lives.  And he writes peace into them... gives us access to it.  Satan tries to confuse us about our lives, about our direction... about anything at all.  But God can make everything clear and easily apparent.  We run into confusion all the time. Conflicting messages in every area of our lives... work, school, church... everywhere, including inner confusion.  Reliance on our Father in Heaven is SO essential in order to make sense out of things.  He is the author, and even the most complex plots can come out all right.  No matter how tangled our lives, or the lives of those around us, God can help.  In fact, sometimes he is the only one who can.  When we stand up for peace and clarity, we are helping God's work.  Things aren't as gray and foggy as Satan would have us believe.  If we get on our knees and obtain God's help, he will show us the clear path that Satan is trying to hide from us.
